Press Release: Project ASHA 1st Empowering Laughter Event & Award Ceremony

October 14, 2015

Project ASHA is a youth-led NGO committed to advocating for and securing the basic human rights and Civil Liberties of society’s most vulnerable through good governance, democratic values & principles.

We believe that when women are empowered then they can truly contribute to the economic wellbeing of their household, support their children's education and create a thriving national environment.

Through our Empowering Laughter Events and Award Ceremonies, we hope to raise both awareness and funds for our Women and Girls Empowerment Work in Nigeria, whilst recognising notable citizens who champion women, girls and children empowerment.

This year’s Empowering Laughter Event & Award Ceremony will take place at Oriental Hotel, 3, Lekki Road, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Sunday November 1, 2015 at 2pm.

The event will be headlined by Alibaba GCFR and jointly anchored by Princess Comedian & MC Bambino. Other confirmed acts include Timi Dakolo, Buchi, OzzyBosco, Oke Bakasi, Koffi, Toby Grey, Ronnie, TJ Krays, Mr Johnbull, Gordons and MC Abey.

This promises to be an evening of fun, networking and inspiration. Therefore we urge you to support us by attending. Grab your tickets now at any of these outlets:
