Lagos State Governor - Babatunde Raji Fashola Signs Executive Order Establishing a Sex Offenders Reg

The Lagos State Governor signed an executive order establishing a mandatory sex offender’s register, making Lagos the first state in Nigeria to take this giant step.

This is a victory for victims and survivors of sexual violence.

Thereafter, the governor, his deputy signed the Mirabel's Centre 'I Say No to Rape' Pledge Bank.
